Bubbly Squeak

If you're looking for a delicious gluten-free (or any type) of meal, my version of "Bubbly Squeak" is a good one that is delicious and easy both!🥬🥔🧅

Ingredients:

1lb Ground Sausage
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
1 Onion, Diced Small
4 TBSP Real Butter
Salt & Pepper
5 Red Potatoes, Washed & Cut Up with Skin
1 Jar Saurkraut
1 Jar Ham Broth

Directions:

Boil Red Potatoes cut up, in the 1 Jar Saurkraut and 1 Jar Ham Broth. While the potatoes are boiling, add 1 lb Ground Sausage to your pan along with the garlic, butter, onion, and salt & pepper. Once all the Sausage mixture is cooked, add it to your Potatoes once you make sure they are cooked through. Boil down unholy it's no longer runny anymore.
